The “Rimoni Tidhar “ project is the first urban renewal project launched in the city of Ramat Hasharon, and constitutes the first swallow in the Rimon district, in the heart of the old Morasha neighborhood.
It is one of the few evacuation-reconstruction projects in Israel that was successfully completed and populated — and became an urban success story that led the renewal momentum of the city’s east side.
The project was led in close cooperation between the apartment owners , represented by the Urban Development and Renewal Company , and Tidhar Company, which led rapid and efficient planning and execution, with exceptional schedules – only two years from signing to the start of construction.

The importance of the project
The “Tidhar Pomegranates” project is a model for efficient , high-quality, and community-based urban renewal – a project that has proven that with the help of resident representation at the center of the process, careful planning, and high-quality execution, old railway buildings can be transformed into a luxurious, green residential complex.
Thanks to the company’s social model for urban development and renewal and the collaboration with Tidhar, the residents moved from old apartments in peeling buildings to living in a new, high-quality, and advanced complex — while maximizing the value of their property.
