The “Rimoni Tidhar “ project is the first urban renewal project launched in the city of Ramat Hasharon, and constitutes the first swallow in the Rimon district, in the heart of the old Morasha neighborhood.
It is one of the few evacuation-reconstruction projects in Israel that was successfully completed and populated — and became an urban success story that led the renewal momentum of the city’s east side.
The project was led in close cooperation between the apartment owners , represented by the Urban Development and Renewal Company , and Tidhar Company, which led rapid and efficient planning and execution, with exceptional schedules – only two years from signing to the start of construction.
